About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple land development projects across the Perth metro area.
This is a site based, roaming position, where you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of 3–4 projects concurrently.
This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives on variety, enjoys working on the ground, and has proven experience in the land development sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver multiple land development projects within budget, time, and quality requirements.
Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies,



and contractual obligations.
Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and resolve issues promptly.
Lead project teams with a hands-on approach, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within civil construction.
Proven track record delivering land development projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of project financials, contracts, and compliance.
Current WA driver's licence.
$160k-$200k + Super + Vehicle.
Work with a respected WA civil contractor with a strong project pipeline.
Site based, hands on role with exposure to varied projects.
