Right at Home Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse to provide person-centred clinical care in clients' homes across the Northern Rivers region.
You will work closely with clients, families, GPs and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality care in a community setting.
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans and manage wound care, medication, and health changes.
