Job Description
As we expand Fletch Collective in Queensland, we seek a Project Manager to join our team.
Managing the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects across diverse sectors, this role will be responsible for:
Delivery of the project from tender handover to completion in accordance with the company's procedures
Manage and review the timely completion of the works pursuant to the project program, including the administration, financial management and reporting for the project
Be responsible for the management, coordination and quality of the works to be performed
Initiate, modify and implement the Safety Plan and chair safety meetings
Comply with the responsibilities set out in the company safety policies, practises and procedures and conform to OH&S; legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times
Qualifications
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
Degree, Diploma or Trade in Construction or Building or related discipline
Solid experience in managing the delivery of building,



fitout or refurbishment projects from tender handover to completion
Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills
Proven ability to build and lead an effective results driven team
