AHPRA or ESSA registration
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, Injury Management or Workplace Rehabilitation
Strong stakeholder management, communication and report writing skills

The Role
Manage a diverse occupational rehabilitation caseload to achieve quality return-to-work outcomes
Provide clinical opinions and recommendations through high-quality report writing
Conduct workplace assessments and collaborate with employers to support safe and sustainable return-to-work plans
Educate employers on injury management, workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies
Build solid relationships with treating health professionals, employers, insurers and key stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes
