Social Futures is seeking a clinical practitioner to provide therapeutic support at the Medicare Mental Health Centre serving Muswellbrook, Singleton and Scone.
The role supports engagement, assessment, care planning and recovery-oriented interventions under Commonwealth funding through 30 June ****.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, applying trauma-informed and evidence-based practice, with flexible hours and opportunities for professional development and growth opportunities.
