An understanding of the science of learning as per MACS **** Vision for Instruction is an advantage.
The successful applicants will need to demonstrate:
a strong commitment to the ethos of Catholic Education
the ability to develop relationships with parents, staff and students
an understanding of current curriculum documents and contemporary teaching and learning practices
an ability to provide learning experiences that are cognitively engaging, to a range of learning styles and abilitity




an ability to use data and assessment tools to improve student learning outcomes
the ability to work as a team
an ability to use digital technologies to enhance the learning for the students

require VIT registration (full, provisional or meet the conditions for provisional registration for those completing courses awaiting transcripts)
