We're looking for a driven recruiter to take ownership of a well‐established engineering desk, focused on placing white‐collar professionals into permanent roles.
This is not a cold start.
You'll step into a warm market with existing relationships, live roles, and candidate flow, giving you the platform to bill quickly while continuing to grow your own network.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and managing relationships with key engineering clients
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for white‐collar roles
Leveraging an established database and active candidate pool
Positioning yourself as a specialist within your vertical

What We're Looking For
2+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development
Ability to manage your own desk while contributing to a team
Ambition to build a long‐term career in engineering recruitment
Salary Range $80k - $90k + Super + Commission
