Evrima is an Australian health-tech company established in 2019, that connects people with clinical trials. We combine our own technology platforms (Evrilink and Evripath) with data-driven digital recruitment to help pharmaceutical and biotech companies find the right participants, faster.

We’re looking for a full time Recruitment Associate who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll own campaign implementation and delivery from audience and creative through to launch, optimisation and results. Your work will have a direct impact on the results we deliver for our clients. If you love testing, tracking and turning data into better results, and want your work to mean more than clicks, we’d like to hear from you.

About the role

The Recruitment Associate (Evriquest) runs digital participant recruitment campaigns end to end under the Evriquest business unit, from audience strategy and creative through to launch, optimisation and reporting on platforms such as Meta and Google. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Associate turns trial requirements into high-performing campaigns that deliver qualified referrals on time and within budget, to Evrima's quality and compliance standards. They work to Evriquest standards, use data, AI tools and our platforms (Evrilink, Evripath) to work efficiently, and keep testing and refining what delivers the lowest cost per qualified participant. The Associate ensures recruitment targets are met while upholding quality and compliance standards.

- Run A/B tests on creative, audiences and placements and manage spend and pacing against campaign budgets

- Follow Evriquest playbooks and SOPs for campaign setup, pre-screening and reporting, and suggest updates where steps are unclear or outdated

- Ensure campaigns and materials comply with trial protocols, HREC approvals and platform health-advertising policies

- Manage referral flow through Evrilink and Evripath, including pre-screening, follow-up and referral to sites

- Track funnel metrics (CTR, cost per lead, screen-fail rates, conversion by channel) and maintain dashboards that inform daily decisions

- Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them (e.g., lead routing, reporting, follow-up messaging)

About you

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, marketing, patient recruitment, or an internship in a similar field.

- Familiarity with clinical trial regulations and project management principles.

- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, campaign performance reporting

- Comfortable with landing page builders and conversion tracking

- Uses AI tools in daily work, with a bias toward automating repeatable tasks

- Strong copywriting and attention to detail, with an understanding of health advertising compliance
