Senior Engineers

- Hands-on engineers building APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational experiences
- Solid focus on .NET, cloud, integration, testing and operational excellence

Candidates should bring strong software engineering fundamentals across React/TypeScript,

C#/.NET, APIs, microservices, cloud-native development (Azure/AWS), DevSecOps,

CI/CD, automated testing and production support, combined with practical experience

delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions.

Key capabilities include:

- Building AI agents and conversational applications
- API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration
- RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval
- Conversational AI, including intent classification,



NLU/NLP, entity extraction and

context management

- Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails
- Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring

Highly desirable experience includes:

- Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel
- Dynamics 365 Contact Centre
- Voice Bots, IVR, PSTN and contact-centre routing
- Agent testing, synthetic conversations and Responsible AI
- Multi-agent architectures, Power Platform and Dataverse
