ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our permanent team. In this highly significant role, you will operate a high-reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve stock with precision and safety. You'll support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and maintaining stock accuracy. This is your opportunity to work Monday to Friday with a stable schedule and play a key role in our efficient dispatch process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate high-reach forklifts to put away and retrieve pallets safely.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately in line with dispatch requirements.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods efficiently.
- Replenish stock and maintain accurate locations in warehouse racking.
- Label, wrap, and prepare goods for dispatch to ensure order accuracy.
- Perform forklift pre-start checks and report any equipment faults or hazards.
- Assist with stocktaking and general warehouse duties maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Follow strict workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Current and valid LF High Risk Work Licence for high reach forklift operation.
- Minimum 6 months demonstrated experience operating high-reach forklifts in warehouse settings.
- Strong pick packing experience including order checking, labelling, and preparation.
- Ability to manage warehouse racking and palletised stock safely and accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as confidently within a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks safely in a fast-paced environment.
