What will you do?

We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Officer to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Head Office in Robina. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll look after Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations, keeping our numbers accurate, our suppliers paid on time and our books audit-ready.

- Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time, and prepare payment schedules.
- Reconcile our bank accounts regularly, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or variances.
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements, checking expenses against receipts and company policy.
- Be the go-to contact for supplier enquiries, resolve payment discrepancies and keep vendor records up to date.
- Support month-end and year-end close, and prepare reports and documentation for management and internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate,



well-organised records across accounts payable, bank and credit card transactions.
- Make sure we stay compliant with financial policies, procedures and regulations, and help us keep improving how finance operates.
- Partner with teams across the business to gather information and resolve financial queries.

Who are you & what will you bring?

You’re an organised, analytical finance professional who loves the detail and enjoys working with people across the business. You’re just as comfortable owning your work independently as you are being part of a close-knit team.

Required:

- 2–3 years’ experience in finance or accounting, ideally across accounts payable and reconciliations.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing with suppliers, staff and management.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:

- A qualification in accounting, finance or commerce (completed or currently studying).




- Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero, MYOB or NetSuite.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience supporting month-end close or audits in a fast-paced business.
