About the Role
We're looking for caring and dedicated Casual Night Shift Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working as part of a supportive care team, you'll provide person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing




Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members
Observe, report and respond to changes in residents' wellbeing
Support a safe, clean and comfortable living environment
Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver exceptional care
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
