You will work across the Sales & Service Cloud stack to support the GEMS system and related Salesforce solutions, collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a busy government workplace.

You will gather requirements, contribute to backlog planning, and facilitate sessions with experts to analyse processes and improve system design within Grants
