Plexxcon is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Contracts Administrator to lead on our most complex commercial construction projects in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Based at Geebung or Warana, you’ll mentor junior administrators and partner with project teams to deliver quality outcomes.

You’ll manage head contracts and subcontracts (AS4000, AS4902), prepare monthly progress claims, handle variations and EOTs, and drive cost reporting and tender handover with estimating.
