Earn While you Learn. Work Outdoors. Build a Career.

You'll learn a genuine trade with a team that actually knows trees. We're Inspiration Trees, and we've been building careers in Northern NSW for since 2020.

The Opportunity

Work outdoors with experienced arborists who care about doing it right. You'll earn while you learn, complete your Certificate III in Arboriculture, and become part of a crew that's known for professional excellence and real integrity.

This isn't a gig. It's the start of something solid.

- Earn from day one (award rate + increases as you develop)
- Full Certificate III training included
- Work on diverse projects: residential, commercial, utility work
- Genuine pathway to become a specialist climber, EWP operator, ground member or team leader with specialist mentors and support all the way
- Monday - Friday full-time permanent role

What You’ll Do

You'll learn the full craft of arboriculture:

- Tree assessment: reading health, structure, and risk
- Climbing and rigging techniques (safety first, always)
- Tree pruning, removal, and cutting
- Equipment maintenance and care
- Tree biology and identification
- Soil health: mulching, fertilising, pest management
- Safety protocols and industry standards
- Working as part of a skilled, supportive team

You'll gain real skills that matter.

Who You Are

You don't need experience—we hire for attitude and passion.

You'll fit this role if:

- You actually want a career, not just a pay check
- You're physically capable and enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
- You show up (reliably and on time—that matters to us)
- You're willing to learn and ask questions
- You take pride in doing things properly
- You work well in a team and respect authority
- You've got integrity and honesty—that's non-negotiable

- You hold (or are getting) a White Card
- Ability to get yourself to and from our depot in Myocum
