About the Role

- Lead, mentor and support a team of educators
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Help establish your room’s routines, environments and team culture
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Support children’s individual learning, development and wellbeing
- Guide observations, planning and Storypark documentation




- Work closely with the Centre Leadership Team
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment

About You

You’re an experienced Lead Educator who is confident leading a room, supporting your team and creating high-quality learning environments.

You’ll Bring

- ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and play-based learning
- Confidence mentoring and supporting educators
- Strong communication and relationship-breaking skills
- A collaborative and positive leadership style
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Completed National Child Safety Training
