CSR Springboard is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our NSW Operations network in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment. You will partner with operational leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions across ER/IR, industrial relations and workforce planning.

This highly visible role requires travel across NSW sites including Wetherill Park, Hebel Somersby and the broader NSW network.
