Concrete Partnerships in Sydney is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify, develop and convert current commercial opportunities in Fit Out and Heavy Refurbishment. You will own relationships with clients, consultants, developers and asset owners, building demand ahead of tenders and turning opportunities into projects valued up to $20m+.

You’ll report to the MD and join a leadership team focused on growth, market intelligence, and shaping the next chapter of the business.
