You'll be the first point of contact for our guests and owners, working across all four properties as rostered. No two days are quite the same, and you'll get to know each property and its team.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Answering phone, email and walk-in enquiries
- Working with our reservations team to assist with bookings and booking payments
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance so rooms are ready on time
- Recommending local attractions, dining and tours
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues calmly and professionally
- General admin to keep the front office running smoothly

About you

- Previous reception, front office or customer service experience (accommodation or hospitality is a bonus)
- A warm, positive manner with guests and colleagues
- Well organised, reliable and able to juggle several tasks at once
- Confident with computers; experience with REI Cloud or another property management system is a plus




- Flexible and happy to work across all four properties
- Available for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
