- Manage immigration matters from initial consultation through to outcome.
- Provide explicit advice on visa eligibility, options and pathways.
- Prepare and lodge visa applications and supporting submissions.
- Liaise with clients, employers and the Department of Home Affairs.
- Maintain accurate files and manage deadlines.

About yo

u

- Current OMARA registration or admission as an Australian legal practitioner with a current practising certificate.
- Experience in Australian immigration law and visa applications.
- Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
- A professional, caring approach to client service.
- Experience with employer-sponsored, skilled, partner and student visas will be highly regarded.

You will work alongside our legal and migration team, with administrative support for invoicing, cost agreements, client calls and file notes.
