Premier Retail is seeking an entry-level IT Support skilled to provide service desk assistance for the Support Office and retail store teams in Melbourne. This full-time 12-month fixed term position operates on a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and night shifts at our St Kilda Rd office.
You will troubleshoot scanner and POS issues, log queries, escalate where needed, and work with the IT team to resolve problems while keeping users informed of progress and status.
