What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous piercing experience. We’re looking for people who:

Lead by example and take pride in themselves and their work

Previous Store Leadership experience

Think like an owner and take accountability for results

Communicate confidently with team members and clients

Thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment

Are commercially minded and confident with numbers

Want to build a genuine career, not just find a job

What matters most is your attitude, and willingness to learn.

Where can this take you?

At SkinKandy, piercing is a career path.

You can build your expertise through our Precision Piercing Program, progress through different levels of piercing capability, develop into a specialist trainer or explore leadership opportunities.

Your path doesn’t have to look the same as anyone else’s.

You can make your move.

Be part of something bigger.

SkinKandy is growing across Australia and New Zealand, and we’re building the world’s most trusted piercing brand.

If you want to be part of what’s next, somewhere you can be yourself, build your expertise and grow with us, we want to hear from you.
