ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to drive in-store presentation and profitability. The role partners with Operations & Visual Managers to execute shipments, replenishment, floor sets, and stock management while delivering an engaging guest experience.

You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure visual standards across the store. The position requires mobility, physical capability, and a proactive mindset to evolve the brand across Australia.
