Outcomes Connect Australia is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support NDIS participants and their families, focusing on improving quality of life and reducing behaviours of concern.

You will work with a team of practitioners, a team leader and clinical advisors to provide evidence-based practice, while developing your own knowledge and skills. Adaptable scheduling and remote/community-based work are offered in Australia.
