Trilogy Boiler Group is seeking an experienced Boiler Service Technician to join our team. We specialise in boiler, burner and combustion systems, providing servicing, maintenance, fault diagnosis and breakdown support to a diverse range of industrial and commercial clients. We are looking for a hands-on technician with proven experience in hot water and steam boiler servicing, maintenance and breakdowns who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable customer service.

Key responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance on hot water and steam boilers.

Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs on boilers, burners and associated combustion equipment.

Service, commission and troubleshoot gas and oil-fired burner systems.

Perform combustion analysis, burner tuning and efficiency testing.

Identify equipment faults and provide effective solutions to minimise client downtime.

Complete service reports, maintenance records and relevant compliance documentation.

Liaise professionally with customers and provide technical advice.

Work in accordance with Australian Standards, workplace safety requirements and company procedures.

About you





Proven experience servicing and maintaining industrial or commercial hot water and steam boilers.

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with gas burners, combustion systems and burner management controls.

Knowledge of combustion analysis and burner commissioning.

Relevant trade qualifications in mechanical fitting, electrical, gas fitting or a related discipline.

Current driver's licence.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
