As the Club Manager you create the culture of the gym. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members with your Team.

This is a growth role, for someone to develop with the team and build a career in the fitness industry.

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

Skills Required

- Excellent oral and written communication
- Be naturally great with people, to engage members
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good natural sales person - Min 2 years experience in a Sales Role required
- Strong Leadership of a team - Min 2 yearsexperience in a leadership role required
- Ability to problem solve
- Social media savvy (confident on camera)
- Fitness Industry experience preferred but not required

The Role

- Being the fun, engaging, helpful, and genuine point of contact for our members.
- Timely and Professional care of Member Queries and Support




- Ensuring members are having a outstanding training experience
- Growing the Members Base
- Enforcing Club safety, standards and security
- Hitting daily/ weekly/ monthly KPI's
- Administration, filing, computer based admin
- Communicating with members by phone, email, SMS, social media
- Showing guests our facilities and highlighting their features and benefits
- Follow Club procedures daily basis

Must Haves:

- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Cert IV in Fitness (not required but strong bonus)

Previous management service experience in retail, speciality services or similar sectors is desirable. Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory. An interest in a healthy lifestyle is important, we don't need you to be an athlete, just be able to promote your values to our members.
