Achieve Australia is seeking an Assistant in Nursing to provide person-centered quality support to people with a disability. You will help clients set goals and live the life they choose. You will work in a group home, promoting independence and building relationships through respectful, secure care.

Role includes personal care, transport, documentation, and advocacy, with paid induction and ongoing training. NSW driver’s licence required; remote work is not offered.
