The role manages casual and permanent relief pools, collaborates with ward managers, and drives workforce development and governance initiatives to ensure secure, high-quality care.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA RN registration and have proven experience in workforce analytics and real-time staffing solutions within a hospital setting.
