Mirvac Group is seeking a Portfolio Manager for a 12-month max term contract in Sydney. The role leads multi-disciplinary asset teams to maximise income, capital value and deliver operational excellence with a customer-centric focus across the portfolio.

You will drive strategic asset plans, manage budgets and valuations, negotiate leases and collaborate on redevelopment or onboarding of assets while maintaining governance and risk controls.
