What you'll be doing

To provide advanced and complex care to patients of MNCCI reflecting current standards of nursing practices and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, supported by relevant post-registration qualifications and extensive experience in Oncology, including a minimum of three years working within the specialty area. You are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and achieving optimal outcomes for patients and their families.

You have a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care. You are recognised for your ability to mentor and coach nursing staff, fostering professional growth, building clinical capability and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

You demonstrate leadership in the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance service delivery and improve clinical outcomes. Your strong communication skills,



including the effective use of information technology and well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal abilities, enable you to engage confidently with patients, families and healthcare professionals across a range of settings.

Highly organised and adaptable, you are skilled at prioritising competing demands, managing workloads efficiently and responding effectively in fast-paced clinical environments. Through your commitment to excellence, leadership and collaborative approach, you make a valuable contribution to the delivery of safe, high-quality oncology care.
