Provide CIC in Maldon is seeking an experienced Community Nursing Band 6 skilled to support planning, allocation and review of patient care. You will manage caseloads, develop care plans and coordinate with the primary care team to ensure patients access the most appropriate services.
The role requires current NMC registration, ongoing CPD and a relevant nursing degree. A nurse prescriber or progress toward one is desirable.
