Hollard Insurance is seeking a Senior Manager - Risk, Governance & Remediation to lead enterprise-wide risk uplift from a newly created RCA Leadership role, reporting to the Head of Optimisation. You will partner with Line 1 and Line 2 risk teams to embed risk culture and methodologies across Hollard.
You’ll own the RCAP deliverables through 2027, govern RCA governance, data and reporting, and our customer remediation capability, including external partners, in a hybrid North Sydney setting.
