Refocus on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Family Participation Program Practitioner (Permanent Part Time, 4 days a week) to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. The role focuses on delivering culturally secure, family-centered services across the Health, Community, and NDIS sectors on the Sunshine Coast, with a salary range of 35–52 AUD per hour and a salary sacrificing option.

The position reports to the Team Leader, with duties including enabling child placement
