Primary LocationVIC - Melbourne - 655 Collins StJob Description SummaryThe Performance and Forecasting Planner Role is positioned within Service Stream’s Operational Support Services and involves the coordination of the operational performance and success of the Performance and Forecasting group as well as general customer experience.About the RoleNature of Position: Permanent Full TimeLocation: Melbourne, VICReporting Line: Senior PlannerKey responsibilitiesSchedule the workforce in line with clients forecast in relevant database by ensuring they have the relevant compliance documents.Analyse historical data, business trends, and operational requirements to develop accurate workforce demand forecasts.Assess the current SSL contract and technicians' skills, and capabilities. Identify gaps between current and future requirements and develop strategies to bridge those gaps.On board recent technicians and recommend sourcing strategies and retain top sub-contractors.Collect and analyse workforce data, metrics, and trends to generate insights and support decision-making.Monitor workforce performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders working closely with cross-functional teamsIdentify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, performance metrics,
