Stream Services is seeking a compassionate Lifestyle Support Worker for a contractor position in Innisfail, Queensland. The role involves day-to-day personal care, social support and community participation for an outgoing NDIS participant, with a 7-on/7-off rostering arrangement to ensure continuity of care.

Ideal candidates are based in Innisfail or nearby regions, have relevant disability support qualifications, current first aid/CPR and NDIS blue card checks, and a valid driver’s license
