APG Workforce are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a leading seafood packaging facility and value-added processing site based in Morningside, Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with food manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and team performance.

About the Role: Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, leading production teams, and ensuring operational targets are achieved across the packaging and value-added processing areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily production operations
- Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
- Drive safety, quality, GMP and food safety standards across the site
- Lead, train and motivate a large, multicultural workforce
- Monitor labour utilisation, productivity and operational efficiency
- Support workforce planning, including rostering and managing absenteeism




- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader within food manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in a processing or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP and WHS requirements
- Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced production setting
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities
