Teachers Health Group is seeking a Digital Tech Lead to shape and deliver the digital technology strategy during a major transformation journey. You will lead scalable, secure platforms and mentor a high-performing team, translating business goals into technical solutions for 400k+ members.

You will define architecture, drive CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps practices, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data and stakeholders to deliver creative digital experiences.
