Key responsibilities:
Commercial & Retail Lease Renewals for the Portfolio
Conduct Rent Market Reviews based on comparable evidence
Liaise with owners on lease option renewal deadlines
Provide lease renewal recommendations to owners
Finalising lease documentation with lawyers/owners/tenants
Conduct ingoing inspection reports for properties within the Portfolio
Conduct outgoing inspection reports for vacating tenancies within the Portfolio
Building relationships with owners and tenants
Assisting the Portfolio Manager
This exceptional chance requiresa "can do" problem solving attitude,diligence with deadlines, good verbal and written communication and strong time management skills.
Prior experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management is preferred. Valid NSW Driver Licence, Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) or Real Estate Agent Licence required.
