Komad Pty Ltd is looking for a reliable Company Driver & Storeman to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Rouse Hill, NSW, you’ll play a key part in keeping our commercial fit-out projects running smoothly by getting the right materials, tools and equipment to the right site at the right time, and keeping our warehouse organised.

Reporting to our Project Management team, you’ll split your time between the warehouse and the road. You’ll need to be available Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm.

Based in Rouse Hill, NSW, you’ll play a key part in keeping our commercial fit-out projects running smoothly by getting the right materials, tools and equipment to the right site at the right time, and keeping our warehouse organised.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver and collect materials, tools and equipment to and from project sites and suppliers across Sydney
- Load and unload vehicles safely, making sure items are secured and protected in transit
- Receive, check and put away incoming deliveries
- Pick and prepare orders for sites as requested by project managers
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe, and assist with stocktakes
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and collections
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues
- Run general errands for the project team as needed
- Follow all road rules,

What we’re looking for

- Current Australian car (C class) driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Availability Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Transparent communicator who’s comfortable dealing with project managers, site teams and suppliers
- White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
- Forklift licence (LF) is an advantage but not essential
- Experience driving a flat bed or tipper with a load is an advantage but not essential
- Experience as a driver, storeman or in the construction industry is an advantage but not essential
