Nova Legal, a specialist corporate law practice in West Perth, is seeking a lawyer with 1–4 years’ post-admission experience to join its Corporate & Commercial team. You will work directly with Directors and senior lawyers on a range of transactions, gaining exposure to IPOs, M&A;, private equity, governance and general commercial matters.
