NW Mining & Civil is seeking an experienced earthworks supervisor for a tailings dam project near Cloncurry, Queensland. The role is FIFO from regional hubs with a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster and 12-hour day shifts.

You will lead a crew of 10–15 operators on tailings dam or bulk earthworks, with an immediate start and a focus on safety, communication, and efficiency on site. Camp accommodation is provided.
