We are currently recruiting customer service superstars for contract based positions in Maitland!

If you can easily adapt to new environments, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and are available for a 7am-7pm rotating roster, then this could be the opportunity for you!

Selection Criteria:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience in high volume contact centre (or fast paced customer service)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Highly motivated and driven
- Non restricted work rights
- Available for a 7am-7pm rotating roster, Monday to Friday full time hours
- Must be able to work full time on site at Maitland for the first 12 weeks, with 2 days on site after initial training period
- Must be available to attend an on site assessment centre on 4th of November, with a start date of 18th of November
- Good phone manner
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valuable team player
- High attention to detail
- Resolve enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Experience in high volume environment
