Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a Group Reservations Agent to coordinate group bookings—from corporate conferences and weddings to tour groups and events. You will manage inquiries, liaise with sales and events teams, and ensure every detail is flawless from enquiry to arrival.

The ideal candidate has hotel reservations or front desk experience, superb attention to detail, robust communication, and familiarity with Opera Cloud.
