Tideline Support is seeking a supportive Worker to join our trauma-informed team in Sydney. No experience needed; we hire for who you are and train the rest, with grads welcome to apply.

This role focuses on mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) support, helping residents with dignity and respect. You'll work across Ingleburn and Ashfield, offering both supported accommodation and community access.
