At Balance Mobility, we deliver and install equipment that helps people stay independent, lift chairs, adjustable beds, mobility aids and more. You’ll be entering clients’ homes during significant life moments, so professionalism and empathy matter.
What You’ll Do
Deliver and install mobility equipment in homes & aged care facilities
Assemble products and demonstrate how they work
Perform basic servicing and equipment checks
Pick, pack and prepare orders
Load/unload and secure deliveries safely
Represent our brand with care and professionalism
You’ll be delivering large items inside homes (not just to the door), so ability to perform the inherent physical requirements of the role (e.g. lifting large object such as chairs and mattresses,
team lifts, carrying loads up stairs), with reasonable adjustments where possible and attention to detail are essential.
What We’re Looking For
Open Driver’s Licence
Delivery, trade or warehouse experience preferred
Comfortable using tools and assembling equipment
Confident with customers face-to-face
Someone who understands privacy and confidentiality and the importance of this.
Reliable, organised and self-motivated
Police Check (or ability to obtain)
Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical check
Full training provided.
