Senior Sous chef with at least 3 years experience in a high volume venue required to join our professional team.

This is a true senior sous role where you will get scope to train and mentor other chefs while leading by example with your culinary skills. Our Exec chef is a career minded leader and is looking to share his knowledge and continue your climb through the kitchen ranks.

We are one of the most popular venues on the southern end of the Gold Coast with crowds coming in for lunch and dinner 7 days per week to enjoy our views, listen to live music, drink, dine and soak up the fun atmosphere of this famous venue.
