ALS is seeking a Site Governance Supervisor to lead safety at the Townsville site in a full time capacity. You will champion hazard reporting, partner with Operations, HSE and Maintenance to close out hazards, and conduct daily site inspections to protect people and assets.
You will drive risk assessment projects, maintain the compliance tracker and HSE portal, and uphold a culture where safety and people come first. ALS emphasizes development, inclusion and a supportive work environment.
