SafetyPeople is partnering with a major Victorian emergency services organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Injury Management Advisor.

You'll provide specialist advice, coordinate rehabilitation and early intervention, and support the resolution of sensitive and legally contested claims.

What you'll do

- Manage complex WorkCover and psychological injury claims.
- Coordinate return-to-work and recovery plans.
- Support disputed claims and legal proceedings.
- Advise on medical screening and fitness for duty.
- Partner with leaders, insurers and rehabilitation providers.
- Improve injury management processes and outcomes.





What you'll bring

- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline (desirable)
- Solid injury management and RTW experience.
- Knowledge of Victorian WorkCover legislation.
- Experience handling complex and disputed claims.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
- An empathetic, person-centred approach.
- RTW certification or equivalent experience is ideal.
- Background in emergency services or government is advantageous.
