Paradino is hiring its first AI Engineer to own the AI platform, collaborating closely with founders and the engineering team. You will shape how AI capabilities are built and deployed, from agent design to evaluation and product development, in a fast-paced, AI-first workplace.

You’ll work hands-on across systems, tackle regulation and reliability challenges, and drive scalable, trusted AI solutions for advisers and clients.
