Symal is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to run the Brendale workshop, ensuring compliance, availability and reliability of our truck, trailer and crushing plant fleet. You will lead a small team, work autonomously, and coordinate with Operations, Hire and Projects to maximise fleet readiness.
The role requires a trade qualification (Diesel Fitter/HV Mechanic), strong diagnostic skills and a proactive, hands-on leadership approach in a current, well-equipped facility.
